I heard this site mentioned on the BBC. Well known poets are given a piece of prose to read and 15 minutes in real time to compose a poem. You can watch the poem evolve as it's written, or play the whole 15 minutes back later. I've not had time to look at the results in depth, but I heard the latest poem on the radio, and it sounded incredibly good for 15 minutes work. This is the site
