Wisdom for the credit crunch from Dickens: “My other piece of advice, Copperfield,” said Mr. Micawber, “you know. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery. The blossom is blighted, the leaf is withered, the god of day goes down upon the dreary scene, and—and, in short, you are for ever floored. As I am!”

What an absolute treat to read your latest posts ad the beautiful descriptions of your walks, with the photos to prove it. Amazing stuff.
And the poem about your son is a beauty!
I sense that you are in the middle of a creative surge. Enjoy! As much as I am reading about it.
(Sorry to hear about your friend.)
Aw thanks CB. I wish I could be more focused lol! So much I want to master and so little time available between cooking, cleaning, dog walking, gardening etc.
My brain needs a defrag!
I was joking with friends that I'd like to go on some retreat, but really I'd just like a few months alone with my pc and cameras.
